Slaughter prices are guaranteed on a weekly basis. Classifications and health inspections are handled by an independent company, AFS. Carcases as mainly marketed in the metros of the Western Cape, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal.

All producers are invited to attend the slaughtering of their animals and questions will be answered by the grader health inspector and abattoir manager.
